Cyclone Nisarga: Coast Guard Deploys 8 Disaster Relief Teams to Maharashtra

The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) Region (West) has mobilised eight Disaster Relief Teams for Maharashtra to respond to any requirement of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief arising due to impending landfall of Cyclone Nisarg this afternoon.

These teams are placed at Dahanu, Mumbai, Murud Janjira and Ratnagiri. Similar teams are also standby at Goa, Karnataka and Kerala.
